CHARGES PUBLISHED IN THIS SECTION ARE SUBJECT TO ALL RULES, REGULATIONS AND PROVISIONS PUBLISHED IN OTHER SECTIONS OF THIS TARIFF, AND APPLY TO THE EXTENT NOT OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS TARIFF. MINIMUM WHARFAGE CHARGE IS $15.00 PER SHIPMENT.
